From 18th to 25th August, 2024, the summer training course of SITRAK Australia service team was officially opened. Outstanding service representatives from 6 states, 3 territories and 9 key cities in Australia took international flights to Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province, for the 2024 summer training. The training lasted for 8 days, during which we visited the SITRAK Museum, the SITRAK commercial vehicle production line and Laiwu Truck automation production line. Li Wendong, Jiang Xuming, Li Yunhui, Wang Kai and other trainers from the after-sales service department of SITRAK International Corporation gave profound and simple explanations on vehicle electrical wiring, gearbox, engine electronic control system, etc. Professional guidance was given to the students. On the 25th, the students successfully returned to Australia after completing the examination. Through the systematic training, the Australian students have a deeper understanding of SITRAK products, a deeper and comprehensive understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical fault troubleshooting, the structure and components, etc. Then the over a week summer training course has achieved full success!
